3. Purposes of processing your personal data and legal basis for processing
We will process your personal data to ensure the security of persons and property on the basis of Article 6(1)(F) for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Us.
4. CCTV monitoring area
The monitoring covers the entrance/exit from Rehasport Clinic Sp. z o.o., the area of reception point and checkout stands, internal corridors.
5. Retention period of your personal data
Personal data obtained through CCTV will be stored for a period of 30 days. Recordings may be processed for a longer period in the event that they constitute evidence in the proceedings, and therefore the time limit will be extended until the proceedings have reached their final conclusion.
6. Recipients of your personal data
We will transfer your personal data to entities authorised by law, this applies in particular to the Police, the Public Prosecution Service when the recordings will constitute evidence in proceedings.
7. Your rights related to personal data processing
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- the right to object to processing on grounds of special circumstances — where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests,
- the right to access your personal data, in justified cases
- the right to request your personal data to be deleted, only if we are not obliged by law to process it,
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Right to lodge a complaint to an institution
