About me
Graduate of the University of Physical Education in Poznań. After completing his studies, Michał Bartkowiak gained experience at the Department of Medical Care and Rehabilitation in Poznań. He has taken part in a number of refresher training courses and is constantly updating himself on professional courses. In addition to rehabilitation and physiotherapy therapy, she is interested in neurology. He is the physiotherapist of the first Polish women's national handball team.

- Maitland Concept (Advanced level) - one of the most popular manual therapy methods on
world - accredited by IFOMT. Combines techniques therapeutic acting on joints, muscles and nervous tissue. - Dry Needling is a therapeutic method based on mechanical action on a selected anatomical structure by means of a thin and full needle inserted through the skin, without administration (injection) any pharmacological preparations or supplements.
- NDT Bobath concept for adults - basic course in rehabilitation of people after stroke and with neurogenic movement disorders. This concept emphasises correct and physiological interventions aimed at normalising the tension in the muscles responsible for good posture.
- PNF (advanced level) - is a so called neuromuscular pathway, a method effective in rehabilitation of patients after strokes, balance disorders, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.
- Deep massage - used for patients struggling with restricted movement and chronic pain, postural defects, etc.
- Kinesiology taping - a method based on self-healing of the body through the application of kinesiology tape in appropriate places.
- Kinetic Control in sport - control and correction of movement pathologies of people struggling with chronic pain.
- Radiology analysis in orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotor system.
