A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics. She has also completed three modules at the French Institute of Management in Warsaw, which runs one of the oldest Executive MBA programs in Poland, covering the topics: "Modern Human Resource Management," "Modern Financial Management," and "Modern Marketing Management."

She has been associated with Rehasport since 2009 and has extensive experience and numerous achievements in team building, implementing plans, and operational activities. She was responsible for establishing new branches and Rehasport facilities. In 2012, she was involved in launching the operational and medical functions of Rehasport Hospital. Since July 2013, she has been serving as the Director of Rehasport Hospital.
