Medicover has been operating on the Polish market since 1994. It has 41 Medical Centres across Poland and a modern 16,000 m² hospital located in Warsaw's Wilanów district. There are 9 specialist departments within the facility, employing around 350 doctors and 290 nurses on a permanent basis. Medicover Hospital has one of the most modern medical facilities in Poland. The Hospital Diagnostic Centre houses, among others, 2 high-field magnetic resonance systems, a computed tomography laboratory equipped with a 128-layer CT scanner, 6 high-end ultrasound machines and an IVUS intravascular ultrasound diagnostic device.

Medicover Hospital relies on minimally invasive surgical techniques. It has the world’s most modern da Vinci robotic surgery system, as well as a laparoscopic tower with 3D imaging, which increases precision and safety during surgery, and allows the use of fewer trocars (less scars and better cosmetic effect). Thanks to the laboratory facility at the hospital, results are obtained within an hour, and modern equipment allows for a wider range of tests to be carried out compared to other locations.
