Dr Marek Stawniak is a medical doctor specialising in surgery and orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.

In 1992, he started his postgraduate training at the Department of General Surgery of the J. Struś City Hospital in Poznań. In the following years, he continued his career in several private and public centres, gaining new competences and skills in orthopaedics and traumatology of musculoskeletal system. The orthopaedic surgeon from Poznan has been associated with Rehasport Clinic since 2005. Wojciech Jurasz specialises in the treatment of injuries related to the spine, including spinal pain, especially those difficult to diagnose, deformities (scoliosis, Scheuermann's disease), fractures, chiropractic, tumours, herniated discs, degeneration, spinal stenosis or spinal instability. He carries out operations in the field of deformity correction (scoliosis, excessive kyphosis), vertebral column repositioning, fracture stabilisation, vertebroplasty (also in cancer cases), removal of herniated intervertebral discs, decompression of the spinal canal, injection of intervertebral joints and spinal nerves in cases of pain syndromes, as well as treatment of chiropractic.

Outside the hospital, orthopaedic surgeon Wojciech Jurasz is an active cyclist, duathlete and triathlete - regularly competing in amateur events.

Marta Ślęzak graduated from the Faculty of Medicine I of the Medical University in Cracow. in Poznań. Tomasz Owczarski has been caring for professional athletes for many years. Between 1999 and 2009 he was the doctor of the Polish national hockey team and since 2002 he has been the main advisor of the European Field Hockey Federation (EHF). He also worked with the Polish Olympic Committee, and in 2000 he was the first doctor of the Polish national hockey team at the Sydney Olympics. He operated on many Polish athletes, including the best marathon runner Henryk Szost, and for years he also worked with two-time world pole vault vice-champion Monika Pyrek. Since March 2016, he has been the head of the medical staff of the Polish national men's handball team. He was the team doctor at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, where the Polish handball team advanced to the semi-finals for the second time in history, finishing fourth.

Privately, Tomasz Owczarski prefers active leisure and long, often extreme, runs. Among other things, he competed in a marathon in Nepal at the foot of Mount Everest, Patagonia, Bhutan or a winter marathon across the frozen Lake Baikal.

Since 2004 he has also been a doctor of the Olympic team of the Polish Sailing Association and co-author of four Olympic medals.

Graduate of the 8th Adam Mickiewicz Grammar School in Poznań, and in 1997 he received his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the Karol Marcinkowski University in Poznań . Between 2000 and 2005 he completed a specialisation course in medical rehabilitation at the Wiktor Dega Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital in Poznań. In parallel, he did postgraduate studies in quality management in health care. He completed postgraduate studies at the International McKenzie Institute in mechanical diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain.

In 2006, he defended his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Poznan, obtaining the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

In 2004-2010, he was a member of the Board of the Wielkopolska Branch of the Polish Rehabilitation Association. He is one of the founders and a board member of the PRO MOTIO Association for Developmental Medicine and Functional Research of the Musculoskeletal System. A member of the Polish Spine Society. For years, he has skillfully combined medicine with his other passion: sailing. As a skipper he sailed Cadet and 470 class boats. He has won Polish Cups and medals at Polish and world championships in sailing and windsurfing. He is currently a competitor in the Formula Windsurfing Foil class. Paweł Cybulski is a member of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (PTOiTr), the Polish Arthroscopic Society (PTArtro) and the European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA).

He is an orthopaedist from Poznan - Ortopeda Poznań - specialising in conservative and surgical treatment of lower limb injuries (fractures, sprains and dislocations) and degenerative hip and knee changes. He conducts fracture fusion procedures, knee and ankle arthroscopies and corrective procedures in ankle and foot.

Paweł Cybulski is also the day-to-day doctor of the first team of KKS Lech Poznań the football club. He gained his professional experience, inter alia, in the Hospital in Puszczykowo — the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Motor System.
