Michał Borys gained his professional experience in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system while working as a resident in the Department of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery, in the Hospital Emergency Department of the Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk and during numerous internships in Poland and abroad. He has been working at Rehasport in Gdansk since 2012.

His professional interests are mainly focused on sports orthopaedics and the use of modern, minimally invasive techniques for treating the effects of injuries within the musculoskeletal system. Michał Borys continues to improve his skills through regular training and participation in numerous internships at sports orthopaedic clinics, including in London, Munich, Berlin and Cologne. In 2018, from the hands of Prof. Marcus Scheibel at the Regensburg Conference received a scholarship from the German Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, which enabled him to complete an internship programme at German sports orthopaedic clinics. Jan Nyckowski completed his specialised training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System In the Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital - Warsaw (2012-2013) and in the Department of Traumatic and Orthopaedic Surgery of Mikołaj Kopernik Hospital in Gdańsk (former Railway Hospital) (2013-2018). Jan Nyckowski is a member of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotor system as a and. His main areas of interest in surgery are hip and knee alloplasties and surgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.

He is a doctor for Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) sports teams: Trefl Gdańsk and Trefl Sopot. Cooperates with the Polish Volleyball Federation as a medical coordinator of sporting events. He is a licensed FIVB doctor.

Currently, Jan Nyckowski, an orthopaedic surgeon from Gdansk, Poland, is in the process of writing his PhD thesis on the causes of hip osteoarthritis.

Graduated from Karol Marcinkowski Pozań University of Medical Sciences in Poznań. Jakub Kaszyński is currently conducting research related to the conservative treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. The results of the above-mentioned research will serve as material for a doctoral dissertation entitled: "Prospective functional evaluation of the results of treatment of osteoarthritic knee lesions with autologous fragmented adipose tissue and platelet-rich plasma - comparison of the effectiveness of the two therapeutic methods."

Michał Konik is a specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. He specialises in the conservative and surgical treatment of injuries to the shoulder, knee and ankle joints. He carries out surgical procedures including minimally invasive, arthroscopic and LaterJet techniques. Furthermore, he also uses ultrasound-guided injections in his medical practice.

Michał Konik is a graduate of the 1st Medical Faculty of the Warsaw Medical University. He gained his professional experience at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Warsaw. Participated in many conferences, symposia and scientific meetings in the field of orthopaedics both in Poland and abroad (England, Germany, Spain, Switzerland).

Privately, he enjoys skiing and swimming. He is also passionate about boxing and sailing.

Maciej Tabiszewski is a specialist orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotor system. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been taking care of professional athletes both in sports clubs and in Polish national teams at various levels. He is a member: Polish Arthroscopy Society, Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy.

Privately, he travels a lot and has already visited 69 countries. He is interested in football and sport in general.

Graduated from Medical University of Poznań. He did his postgraduate training at the Regional Hospital in Konin. Since 2006, Daniel Prośniewski has been associated with the Department of General and Oncological Surgery at the WSZ in Konin, where he obtained the title of specialist in general surgery in 2012. He then went on to work at the Department of Vascular Surgery at the University of Poznan, where in 2016, under the direction of prof. Łukasz Dzieciuchowicz he was awarded the title of specialist in vascular surgery. He is currently professionally associated with the Department of General and Oncological Surgery at the WSZ in Konin.

Daniel Prośniewski specialises in general surgery and vascular surgery.
